Cawley to tour flooded spots in Bucks

Neshaminy Creek and Delaware River on itinerary.

Pa. Lt. Gov. James Cawley, a Bucks County native, will tour neighborhoods along the Neshaminy Creek in Hulmeville Borough and along the Delaware River in New Hope to gauge the effects of Hurricane Irene.
