In Drexel's 10 previous seasons in the CAA, they were eliminated in the conference tournament by a lower-seeded team six times. That could prove to be problematic, since every team is seeded lower than the No. 1 Dragons this season.
They open tournament play Saturday in a quarterfinal at noon.
