Let's wait and see how the Drew Brees contract situation shapes out. Would rather have him.

It'll never happen. Reid is hell bent on winning the Super Bowl with a black QB.

so ridiculous. Peyton Manning will be a marquee quarterback with a team in need of a quarterback. Why would he agree to be Vick's backup, especially while playing in his brother's division? What, no other High School sports to cover, just tabloid talk here?

That picture at the top of the story is really Joe Banner with a Colts helmet on last Halloween trying to scare trick or treaters.

Did anyone notice that Peyton is one good shot away from paraplegia? Football should not be part of this young man's future.

marcus, absolutely we should go all in for Manning, trade conVick for some draft picks, also pick up Hines Ward with Ward and Manning they are champions who know how to win and are team leaders something we haven't had in a long time, the BIRDS will never win a SB with con,Manning has 2-3 good years left that's more then con has,,go all in Manning and Ward will lead this team to the SB with McCoy..eagles fans gave to wake up and smell the coffee!!..MV=0SBs..BOOK IT....wolf.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Will you PLEASE stop with the overrated P. Manning garbage? The guy would do this team no justice he’s a statue and a busted one at that. IMO he’s overrated and has always been, with the teams he's had around him over the years he should have had plenty of SB rings but instead he's 1-13 and that one was due to the D (check the stats, very mediocre game) and going up against a lame Chicago Bears offense led by the likes of the mighty Rex Grossman. Manning is not as clutch as many think during the post seasons (check the stats, very mediocre game). I’ve never seen a guy do so little with so much during the playoffs. Oh yeah while he (Manning) was sitting home watching the playoffs with the rest of his pro-bowl squad, #5 was trying to lead a rag tag bunch of misfits to a SB year after year IN THE PLAYOFFS. I'm happy Reid made the decision to stay out of the running for the old broke down relic.

I made a mistake in giving the total credit to Indy's D for winning that SB should've given it to Grossman.

I'm sure Jaws would play again for the right price, from what I hear he needs a job.

realtruth, Manning overrated? And you bring up #5? After his performances in Washington and Minnesota, if anyone showed they were overrated it was McNabb. And keep in mind, nobody wants him. People are willing to take a chance on Manning, injury and all.

Think for one minute of a Peyton Manning not allowed to call an Audible. Arrogant Andy would never cede that authority to anyone plus he and Christine and Jeffrey have so much fun drawing up the 20 scripted plays each Sunday. The Insanity continues!
