Amy Wright Glenn is a a Kripalu Yoga teacher, a DONA certified birth doula, and a hospital chaplain. Her work has appeared in International Doula. She recently published her first book: Birth, Breath, and Death: Meditations on Motherhood, Chaplaincy, and Life as a Doula.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be? I want to be a better listener in difficult conversations.
What do you consider your greatest achievement? Facing my fears and becoming a mother.

Favorite Movie? I love all of the classic musicals as well as the Lord of The Rings trilogy.

What is your guilty pleasure? A full pint of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.

If you could travel back in time, where would you go? I’d love to visit my ancestors in Norway in the 1800s.
