...that the Obama presidency was 100 days old.
I can't wait to hear Joe Biden's recollection of how cable TV covcred FDR's first 100 days.
Doesn't take much, apparently.
I believe we're entering what I like to call the Arlen Specter Decade. Oh, for me, Arlen Specter, the 10's will be pretty much the same as the 00's. I'll still be thinking of me, Arlen Specter. But for you, you'll be thinking more about how things affect me, Arlen Specter. When you see a news report, you'll be thinking, "I wonder what Arlen Specter thinks about this thing?", "I wonder how this inflation thing is hurting Arlen Specter?" And you women will be thinking, "What can I wear that will please Arlen Specter?", or "What can I not wear?"
Arlen Specter: Now just another cog in the Philly Democratic machine, as he takes Attytood's advice, finally, and finally switches parties. And so now the Senate Democrats are just waiting for the Al Franken decade to begin, to give President Obama 60 votes and thus full power to impose his socialist regime* on the American people without obstruction.
Discuss what you think of this move.
Philadelphia hasa new man in its life.
I can't find it on Philly.com for some reason.
Actually it's been a Flyers kind of day -- i.e., annoying, with lots of distractions capped by computer woes and the obligatory swine flu article for the DN. This may be a week where I only post here when normal people are sleeping, part of my outside-the-box strategy for boosting traffic.
