When the company you keep is North Korea, Libya, Iran, and China

Or maybe not -- we're only No. 5 among the small minority of nations that continues the barbaric practice of executing other human beings.

I would strongly urge you to consider the Top Ten nations in this regard: China, Iran, North Korea, Yemen, the United States, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Syria, Bangladesh, and Somalia. I don't care if you're talking about capital punishment or jaywalking laws, but when you're smack dab on the middle of a list like that, something is terribly, terribly wrong.
