What's the matter with Kansas? Today's open thread

Nothing -- what's the matter with Memphis?

Discuss whatever's on your mind -- posting will be light to non-existent for the rest of the day for a couple of reasons (as much as I wanted to blog about that other sporting sensation, "Torch Madness") -- including the fact that the next time I see you, we should all be at the new (virtual) place. Finally.

Either I'm the first one to go through the sign in process or I can't find the actual comments!

Captain Awesome reporting in. I was able to make the jump through the looking glass to the new site. Brave New World, indeed.

"So, who is the worst liar, Petraeus or Crocker? Posted by Some Boca Dude" Ask your congressman to press perjury charges, since you think they are lying to Congress.

legatus, actually my congressman has done something better. He's Robert Wexler, D, Boca Raton, and if you google "wexler wants hearings" it will take you to his "Impeach Cheney" web site. Why don't you join me and sign the on line petition?

Hey Genius @ 5:29. You mean the voting scandal where Wexler wanted to make sure our votes counted by asking for a paper trail for the touch screen machines we use here during the `06 elections? You're right, it was pretty scandalous that we had no assurance that our votes actually were recorded the way they were cast. Genius, more like moron. Hey B. Atkinson @ 5:35, pick up my meds on the left, did you just make a funny?

Hey Genie, What a well thought out rational response to my comments. But that seems to be typical of Kool Aid drinkers, you know?
