No, seriously....we don't even know the meaning of the word.
This is one stupid country....but then again, Bush was elected TWICE so this is nothing new birds- Why are we even talking about this? It is a personal family matter. If Joe three houses down was gettin some strange who would care? The same people who complain about the government wiretapping terrorist have no problem making public the voicemails and emails of a private citizen. bird11

I hear that Tiger is "contrite," so it really doesn't matter to me that he cheated on his wife, who was home taking care of his babies as he cavorted with waitresses in Las Vegas. As long as someone pretends to be "contrite," it's good enough for me. Talking point sleuth

- Right, JMC. Just like they ignored Bill Clinton's affair with Monica.

NOW back to IMPORTANT news that WILL BUNCH MISSED: President Obama spoke 4,582 words in his primetime Afghanistan war speech at West Point last night. He said "al Qaeda" 22 times. He mentioned the "Taliban" 12 times. And here's how many times the Democratic chief executive used the word "victory" -- 0. That telling omission says more than anything about Obama's 322d day in office when he gave his first major address as the United States' commander-in-chief. Through a clever, timely use of leaks late Monday and suggestive advance excerpts Tuesday afternoon, the Obama White House communications team used the public and news media's intense curiosity about his war decisions to steer public attention toward the number of additional American troops he'll dispatch into that war-torn land in the first half of 2010. WHAT AN EMPTY SUIT IDIOT LOSER WE HAVE AS A "commander in chief" don't you think? WriteWinger
Good point, WriteWinger. Because look at Bush. He used terms like "victory" when he spoke about the Afghanistan - he said the Taliban and the terrorists were "destroyed," that they were "defeated," and that they were "no longer in existence." I'm sure that made you very, very happy. And even as Bush withdrew troops from Afghanistan, and the Taliaban regained its strength, and terrorists regrouped, you sat back and said to yourself "Now there's one good commander in chief, yesssiree bub." Surely, it doesn't matter that Obama is actually trying to clean up the mess that was left behind by Bush. What matters is whether or not Obama use the word "victory." LOL! You boyz are hilarious. }}}--- What the leftist media ignores if you have a (D) next to your name. ---{{{ Oh boy, another thread, another conservative "Mommy, mommy, they're just so unfaaaaaaaiiirrrr" post. Just curious, jmc. Do you think that if a Democratic former governor who received many Democratic votes to be the presidential candidate had pardoned someone who later murdered 4 cops, that maybe a few "conservatives" would be railing about that topic here at Attytood? Do you suppose it might be a constant topic of discussion at Fox News, and on Limbaugh, Hannity, O'Reily, Miller, Bennett, Ingraham, Hewitt, Savage, blah, blah, blah? Talking point sleuth

Will, I find it kind of ironic how you go on and on about how great Barry Obama is and how terrible Reagan, and his trickle down economics are, yet we havent heard from you about 30k more troops going to Afghanistan. Why no long winded diatribe about how wrong the right is and how morally justified the left are? Hello Will, are you there? Redman- "What an example they are setting." Uh, the example that people in life deserve an opportunity for redemption? Crazy, I know. will
