This guy needs to be fracking fired

This jerk is one of "The Naked Guv"'s chief "regulators" of the oil-and-gas industry, and he seems to have confused one kind of "Gasland" for a very different kind. His words would be even outrageous even if the "Gasland" filmmaker Josh Fox were not the descendent of Holocaust surviviors, which is he is:

Borawski, who has been involved with oil drilling on the Gulf Coast, was asked about the recent documentary "Gasland," an Academy Award-nominated documentary made partially in Pennsylvania that portrays drilling as harmful to the environment and residents.

"Joseph Goebbels would have been proud," Borawski replied. "He would have given him the Nazi Award. That, in my opinion, was a beautiful piece of propaganda."

Borawski should be fired -- I lay 10-1 odds that he's not.

It's amazing how ideology trumps even basic survival with this bunch of chooches. Nothing corporate power does is even a remote threat, yet just about anything a Democrat does or says is enough to make the Beck fan club tremble and wet themselves. What a funny world.

A headline that said "this guy needs to be fired" right beneath a picture of Will's pasty fat face, and I thought maybe the DN had hired an editor, or maybe some managerial talent.

In fairness to Corruptbett, if you google the guy, it appears he was at DCNR under Rendell, and should not necc. be labeled one of "his guys." Still an idiot, but maybe someone else' idiot, too.

Yes, a poor choice of words, but his point is well taken. That film was almost entirely fantasy pretending to be documentary.

really bad choice of words, but so what? what about all the references in Wisconsin to Nazism?I also find it ironic that Cicero is responding to an article calling to fire someone for calling someone a nazi, and then proceeds to call someone else a nazi
