He's good enough, he's smart enough, and doggone it he has 225 more votes than the other guy.
Stuart Smalley is headed to the United States Senate.
Discuss this, or whatever else is on your mind -- it's an open thread. Jan. 5 is a horrible day for blogging. Who knew!
Hmmm. I wonder if we'll hear any whining about this? Maybe someone might bring up the vast left-wing media bias? Perhaps some mention of a Messiah? Perchance some mention of Obama's corruption, although there's no evidence of such? Possibly some mention of loving terrorists, socialism, race-baiting, or problems in the Black community? I mean usually that's what we hear in response to Americans choosing a Democrat over a Republican, isn't it?
Not so fast, the Repubs are going to fight this tooth and nail. I just hope Norm concedes, just like he said Franken should have two months ago, you know, for the good of the country. Difference is, Al was not in a position to concede, he and his legal team followed proper constitutional procedure for mandatory re-count.
lol....Franken sucked on the radio but is now a US Senator. The neocons must have steam blowing out of their ears about now.
No steam. This is the same state that elected Jesse the Body Ventura to the governorship. And put the Vikings in a domed stadium.
Maybe he'll actually be funny as a Senator...
Wow, talk about being pre emptively touchy.
I was referring to the first three posts.

How bad must it be in the GOP when goofball Fraken beats an incumbant US senator. lol, this is like a drunk reaching rock bottom.
Xi Jah
You see, Florida 2000 was a theft. This is a perfectly and legally run recount. The way to tell is by whom is declared the winner.

Ramon - I'd say there's a pretty good justification for thinking that a reaction to a Dem victory, let alone virtually any post by Bunch, would prompt responses of the type I listed. Would you disagree?
TPS
I think most posters here are predictable on both sides, but most don't go pre emptive.
