"SNL" has been somewhat disappointing so far this year; in fact, I think all the well-deserved hype over Tina-Fey-as-Sarah-Palin last season covered up some of the blemishes. But politically, their shot at Barack Obama this week was right on the money -- criticizing him for the list of things that he actually deserves to be criticized for but that you don't hear so much in our conservative media, such as expanding presidential power and his go-slow approach on closing Gitmo.
