Here's the video of Obama speaking about whether he'd prosecute Bush administration officials for torture planning or any other crimes that may have taken place inside the White House. Watch it, and judge his response for yourself.

What a great question for the debate tonight -- would Obama press for criminal investigations into Hillary's potential crimes while First Lady?
Or, if Hillary is Obama's running mate, does it create a conflict of interest in Obama investigating previous administrations for criminal behavior?
The Phillies are on, why would anyone watch the softball (question) game between these two? Think either will be asked a hard question? Or say something original?
In which Smithy indicts the Bush Administration for not "investigating previous administrations for criminal behavior?" Wait, what's that? Oh, right, Smithy bleating again about "potential crimes" that happened ten years ago. Of course, he doesn't care about torture or indefinite incarceration - as long as it only happens to people he doesn't like. Really demonstrates the intellectually bankrupt nature of today's "conservatives" and their massive pork barrel spending, unfunded federal education mandates, huge budget deficits, evisceration of the Bill of Rights and using the military for interventionist nation building - not to mention that fluoridation thing. But, hey, there might be "potential crimes" ten years ago. Listen up.
Why stop at Bush, why not go back to the Clinton years and investigate, or Bush Sr., Or Reagan, or Carter. Hell, lets create a department of get even-ness, sure beats solving the problems that affect the majority of American citizens, crime, inflation, credit mess, health care. At least the annointed one cant stick his foot in his mouth when discussing hypothetical witchhunts. And,it gets the America haters salivating, and distracted. (i.e.will)

Plebby, you couldn't possibly be suggesting that Mr. Smith isn't really concerned about potential criminal behavior by governmental officials, are you? Why he's constantly posting about how Republicans should be held accountable. (Well, when he's not breathlessly anticipating Ricky French's homoerotic/scatological fantasies.)

Wow. That's weird
Why did that comment show up twice in the same post
Does it have something to do with the line break I put in?
Let's see if it does it again.

Hey sleuth, the topic, try to focus. Did you forget your ADHD medicine today?
Bunch, Polman, and the rest of the BushHate kooks are wetting their pants hoping that this might happen, and Baraq is counting on you being duped into buying it.

genius, by your logic Jesus would certainly dislike GWB and Cheney. How big is Bush's ranch? Cheney's? How big are McCain's half dozen or so houses? Seems like JC would be pretty PO'd at your buddies.

God, please kill all of these ignorant trolls.
great idea mr 28%er. we spent 73 million dollars investigating bill and hillary clinton and found nothing. Let's do it again!!! That's why me and a whole of others are EX Repubs.
So Obama wants to go back and investigate criminal acts in the Bush administration. How about we prosecute Obama for impersonating a legitimate presidential candidate.
