OK Rauol, let's disclose where the Tides Center gets its monies from too!

Will, how do you feel about George Soros dumping currencies and helping the Nazis during WW2? Do you see him as godlike? Did you have to swear an oath to work for him? Just curious.

Society of Professional Journalists' Ethics bylaws state:
    Act Independently
Journalists should be free of obligation to any interest other than the public's right to know.

    Journalists should:

—Avoid conflicts of interest, real or perceived.
    — Remain free of associations and activities that may compromise integrity or damage credibility.
    — Refuse gifts, favors, fees, free travel and special treatment, and shun secondary employment, political involvement, public office and service in community organizations if they compromise journalistic integrity.

Is that for real molonlabe? How is "journalist" defined? Wonder if it would include Will and whether his constantly promoting lib/progressive ideas would be "political involvement."

Les, chill, dude. My post was tongue in cheek. Will has every right to promote his lib/progressive agenda while employed by PNI. And we have every right to poke fun at him. Or, like you, agree with him.
