So Mitt Romney tried to show how hip he is during tonight's debate...by trying to quote George Costanza from "Seinfeld." Of course, he got everything wrong. If he really wants to be like George Costanza, maybe he should do "The Opposite." So should Rick Santorum, who had a terrible debate in which the only memorable things he did was apologize for voting for No Child Let Behind. I'm starting to believe this whole brokered convention thing is happening.

So are we to surmize that Obama's using George's technique of always looking frustrated and stressed as to not do any more work?

Or are you just warming up for the next chapter in your life of being 40-something, unemployed and living with crazy mom and zanny dad?

Curse of Shamus the dog turned the vulture capitalist into a bot.

Romney does not have a soul and it shows. At least he is conducting posthumous baptism of Ann Franks soul to turn her into a Mormon. He needs to conduct similar baptism on his own vulture heart to turn it into a human soul.

It's a shame the message was lost on you Bunch.

And didn't Barry tell us that there are 57 states? Which mistake would you rather have your president make? Misquoting a television show that's been off the air for years, or not knowing how many states are in the United States of America?

But hey, Moochelle was never proud of this country either. Not for the first 40+ years of her life anyway.

It's not the understandable misquote that's funny, it's that he revealed a subconscious identification with Costanza. He actually seemed human for a moment.

So you would rather have your president believe there are 57 states rather than being able to quote Seinfeld episodes verbatim? Seriously, is that what you're saying? Please confirm.

All of the Republican candidates should have gone "Serenity Now!" at the CNN moderator when he asked inane Democratic party talking points.

And by the way, wasn't that Seinfeld episode about George Costanza leaving a staff meeting on a high note?

Mr. Smith, seriously, what inane questions (out of many) were "democratic talking points" and why?

Seriously, the GOP is toast in the presidential race regardless of which of these idiots wins the nomination. There is strong anti-Obma sentiment everywhere, but not enough to elevate one of these babbling nitwits to the presidency. I have never seen so many candidates so eager to shoot themselves in the foot. Each is laughably unelectable for various reasons: just too creepy (Newt, Santorum); having wacky or extremist religious beliefs that turn off independents and moderate people of faith (Mitt, Santorum); resolute woman haters (Santorum); kooky, crackpot libertarians (Paul)...Oh man...I almost feel sorry for Republicans--but not really.
