Hillary Clinton does the right thing

I've been on a recent kick for George W. Bush not to attend the Summer Olympics in Beijing, and now one of the presidential candidates has signed onto the cause.

And it's...Hillary Clinton!

How do I know? Because Hillary's best new friend Matt Drudge just told me! I'll post more when there's a full-blown article. But I will say the sight of protestors seeking to block the Olympic torch is both moving and also a sad day for the Olympic movement. I don't think awarding the Games to China in the first place was such a bad idea, with the thinking it would pressure Beijing towards human rights reform.

But it's time to admit it just hasn't worked out that way.
