Will, I ask you when do we reach the breaking point. Government employees have the best health care and best pensions, and the private sector is forced to pay for this through higher taxes or increasing public debt. When will it end, and what are your proposals to solve this dilemma, Will? Propose some answers before you sit and cry that it is unfair for the government workers.

I really couldn't quite understand why the media has been droning on and on with their adoring worship of thug Ray Lewis these last few weeks, but then I thought of their adoring worship of that other thug Obama and it all makes perfect sense now.

Progressives, ironically, want nothing the government does (except defense) to be changed in any way. They see any reform or improvement to government programs as a threat. Now, imagine what life would be like under progressives if most of life filtered through the government. You would have monolithic structures, incapable of adaptation or change. We would all be drones in a cookie cutter society. What exists now would exist the same way 50 years from now, with no room for change or improvement. People hate working in large, cubicle divided offices with little natural light, and constantly re-circulated air. Well, that would be your entire life. It would be the DMV 24/7.

It's amazing that people worry about such a critical state government function, running the lottery, and simply come down on one side or the other. Where is the in-depth analysis to get the the heart of the matter? Many states are taking this function (which by the way takes a great deal of money from the poor and those with gambling issues) and trying to maximize it's benefits while minimizing the costs to operate. IS THIS TRUE? Other states have done it, what have the results been? Gus not seeing his shadow??? Come on. If you ask a state lottery worker do you get the whole story? Does the Gov's office give you all you need to know?

The state government should have nothing to do with promoting gambling by running lotteries. It hurts the poor the most and puts the state in the disgusting position of promoting for profit off an addiction.

The Lottery is a tax on the stupid. Does it help people yes, but does promote a wrongful way of life, yes again. Gambling raises tax dollars, but it cheapens the reason for life. Will keep buying the lottery and hoping upon a star. For hard work and ingenuity promote a good way of life. Corbett attempted to find a better way to increase profit by lowering cost. Making available more services or revenue for services. However, you cut down those efforts, for you want to pay more in taxes, for your desire to be brainless zombie following the democratic cult of death and following blindly without question.

Does anyone, even conservatives, trust Governor Nincompoop to do anything right? This was the same guy who "investigated" Jerry Sandusky's sex abuse allegations and concluded "no worries." Yeah, he's a sharp as a potato.
