I said this weeks ago when the story came out about the Eagles unpaid taxes. Time to stop taking and start giving back to the community in a very tangible way Lurie. Do the right thing!

OK, I'm baffled as to why Mr. Rubin included the gratuitous slams at player’s salaries in his column. It's the team, the corporation, which owes the city money not the players. To me, it kind of discredits the entire piece, although I certainly agree the team is being disingenuous in not making good on its agreed upon payment.
How are they gonna keep up the gold standard if they don't keep that 10 mil?
I think Milton Street & every other pay-to-play filthy liberal Democrat should pay up. Leave the Eagles alone. They're a successful business that brings alot of value & tax revenue to the city. Meanwhile its anti-capitalist politicians and union we-poke-along work force who aren't worth a d*mn that should return they undeserved wages that could fill the library funding gap.
