Conservative radio talker Michael Smerconish says Obama will be better on terrorism

Breaking news: Man with "9/11 fixation" endorses Obama (sort of)

Michael Smerconish, multimedia superstar, seems fixated on the fact that I once said he was fixated on 9/11. That debate continues -- but today Smerconish, a registered Republican who won't be voting in Pa. on Tuesday -- says that he thinks Obama is better than Hillary, and his Obama love has everything to do with Osama:

But right now, one is more focused on an issue of paramount concern to me - the failure to avenge the deaths of innocent Americans by bringing Osama bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahiri to justice.

And that's Obama.

Beyond the usual family milestones, the most significant event in the life of any American born after World War II occurred on Sept. 11, 2001.

That day changed life as we knew it.

Here I have to agree with Smerconish -- the criticism from Clinton, McCain, Bush and Cheney of Obama on this issue has been largely ridiculous and often contradictory. I guess Michael didn't get the memo that Republican radio talkers are supposed to back Hillary.
