Anarchy in the U.S.

Americans are mad these days -- we all get that -- but I still don't really get these anarchists who were protesting global summits when the economy was great in the 1990s (and hence most other Americans were not mad) and still protest them today when the economy stinks. Indeed, I saw a report on CNN that said some of the expected protest targets were places like Starbucks and the Gap -- talk about your '90s nostalgia. This means that anarchists are the only folks in the nation who still care about the Gap! (The protesters were also reportedly targeting strip clubs...go figure.)
Here's one more thing I don't get about anarchists, and I'm only being semi-facetious here. This is one of the definitions of anarchy in a recent Oxford dictionary:
"A social state in which there is no governing person or group of people, but each individual has absolute liberty (without the implication of disorder)."
Sarah Palin in Hong Kong this week:
"We got into this mess because of government interference in the first place ... We're not interested in government fixes, we're interested in freedom..."
I've finally figured Sarah Palin out! She's an anarchist.
