Sad, some of the things that happen in this country. The British have a much more civilized way of dealing with their mistakes from the early 2000s.
Comment removed.- I'm glad Will admits it when he's flat out, straight up wrong. Mr. Smith
While I disagree completely w/ Yoo's actions, I am not sure he broke the law and deserves to be punished. He did what he felt was in the best interest of the country (as despicable as his memo's were). But you can't have officials looking over their shoulders unless they do something even more egregious. birds
The illogical Liberals are wrong again? What's next- Obama will realize expanding the federal government does not help the economy? Manny Trillo

So move to England, Will. AngryWhiteMale
Comment removed.- Bill Atk.: I read this blog daily and have never observed Will whining. You, on the other hand, persist in ignoring the topics usually and showing your total ignorance when you actually try to address some issue. The blog would be better off with you taking your petty insults and applying them to someone who might deserve them, such as Glenn Beck.
- bill ackth again with comments I would expect from the second grade bully. He is what probably passes for your typical Tee Baggger.

Well Will, you always have "disbarment" to cling to. How's that goin'? General_Turgidson- Regarding the Rees-Mogg piece - seriously, still going after whether Iraq made sense? Iraq was one of two countries who were funding terror worldwide. Abu Nidal and Abu Abbas were both in Iraq when we invaded - two notorious terrorists - and yet why didn't we get to capture or interview them? We already had troops committed in the area and he was consistently thumbing his nose at UN sanctions resulting in buffalo-ing the inspectors and the largest scandal in monetary terms in the history of mankind (oil-for-food.) And yet you still wonder why we "went to war" with Iraq despite the fact that we were at war with them since 1991, unless Clinton's lobbing cruise missiles doesn't count.
