Developer Tom Scannapieco said 1706 Rittenhouse Square Street has sold the last of its four penthouses and ends 2011 with sales of more than over $18 million in under five months, and $114 million in sales to date.

The 8,444-square-foot, two-story, 31st-floor penthouse sold in April 2010 for a record $12.5 million. The last penthouse for sale went for $7 million, as did the third, and both were sold in the last three months.

Combined total sale price for the four penthouses was $32 million.

The $145 million building was developed by Scannapieco and Parkway Corp.’s Joseph and Robert Zuritsky. Seven units, starting at $4 million, remain of the original 31.
