Nameberry statistics released its 13 hottest names of the first quarter of the year, as opposed to the same time frame last year. She's also signed a big beauty contract, covered Town & Country, and is practically an unofficial spokeswoman for type A, twenty-somethings everywhere. Williams owes her popularity to her prim character, Marnie, on HBO's hit series, Girls.
This one's a little uncomfortable. Although Christian has always maintained a level of popularity with newborn boys, Today reports the name has tripled in the first quarter of 2013 compared to last year. Why? Largely due to the insane popularity of "Fifty Shades of Grey" hero Christian Grey. Also, if we were to factor in fashion - The name also gained some favoritism with the rise of fashion's finest "Christian's" including Louboutin, Dior and Lacroix.
