Here is our preseason ranking of the top returning QBs in Southeastern Pennsylvania for 2014:

The southpaw and Pittsburgh commit will direct Aaron Brady's new spread attack.

4. Collin DiGalbo Bonner-Prendergast 6-2 210 Sr.

Boston College, Cincinnati, Duquesne, and Rutgers want to see early-season highlight film.

5. Ryan Whayland Episcopal Ac. 6-2 215 Sr.

The Division I-AA prospect threw for more than 2,000 yards and 17 touchdowns last year.

6. Andre Dreuitt-Parks Imhotep Charter 6-2 195 Sr.

The third-year starter has drawn interest from Central Connecticut, Coastal Carolina, and Wagner.

7. Jon Jon Roberts W.C. East 5-9 155 Jr.

The dual-threat QB threw for 2,674 yards and 24 TDs last year; he ran for 800 yards.

In 11 games last season, he passed for 1,887 yards and 22 touchdowns.

9. Danny Fisher Penncrest 6-2 195 Sr.

A passing and running threat, Fisher led the Lions to an 8-3 record last season.

10. Paul Dooley Springside Chestnut Hill 6-0 205 Sr.

Dooley has drawn recruiting interest from Delaware, Colgate, and Richmond.

The second-year starter's top targets include Prince Smith and Matt Hartigan.

He threw for a single-season school record of 1,700 yards and 22 touchdowns last year.

To play for the Falcons, the Conwell-Egan transfer needs approval from a PIAA subregional committee.

The third-year starter hopes to lead the Burrs to another Catholic League Class AA title.
