As it has done with other artists, the BS artists at BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) have targeted Scarlett Johansson. Why? She has done commercials for a soda produced by Israel.

The actress responded with a statement explaining her actions, while the author of this piece analysizes the manufactured controversy.

BDS claims it wants only what is good for Palestinians, no matter how many of them it has to hurt. It is actually more against the existence of the state of Israel. For peace to come to the Mideast, there must be two partners willing to sacrifice for peace and to agree to the existence of the other.

We don't have that now and until we do, there will not be peace, there cannot be peace.
