Game 94: Looking to keep the momentum going

With 69 games left the Phillies are 5.5 games out of the second wild card spot behind the Cincinnati Reds and 7.5 games behind Atlanta in the N.L. East. At this point the Phillies look to be buyers more than sellers by the July 31 trade deadline.

After taking 2 of 3 against both Pittsburgh and Atlanta and 3 of 4 against Washington, here comes the Chicago White Sox for a weekend series that the Phillies will have to guard against a letdown. The White Sox (36-53) should be sellers at the trade deadline.

The Phillies (46-47) are in no position to take any team lightly, especially a White Sox team that just won two of three at Detroit.

Chase Utley, after making three errors last night gives way to Kevin Frandsen tonight at second base.
