La Salle High's Dad Poquie, a 5-foot-10, 180-pound cornerback, will play his college football at Penn State as a preferred walk-on.

Last season, Poquie earned first-team all-Catholic League Class AAAA honors while helping La Salle at a 12-2 record, a fifth straight league title, and the PIAA state semifinals.

Poquie is projected to play defensive back for the Nittany Lions.
