Football: Central-Northeast on TV

The Thanksgiving Day football game between Central and Northeast will be televised live on The Comcast Network.

The Central-Northeast matchup, scheduled for 10 a.m. at Charlie Martin Memorial Stadium, is the granddaddy of all Thanksgiving Day games. It began in 1892, when Benjamin Harrison was president.

Northeast has a 55-51-10 lead in the series. The Vikings prevailed, 27-20, last season.
