QWe live in Delaware, my daughter transfered to West Chester Univ for the fall. What is the residency requirement to become a full time PA resident. The tuition drops quit a bit! Thanks.
AHi there. Have you become a permanent Pennsylvania resident? If so, and you can prove it with mortgage or other documents (I assume that's what the university would need as proof), this seems to be the place to go: http://www.wcupa.edu/registrar/res_info.html.
