PHILADELPHIANS who visited Wildwood in the last 45 years had to have known - or at least seen - the man they called "the Legend."
ANNE RAMSAY Somers, longtime professor of medicine who specialized in long-term care, health economics, health education and geriatric care, died Sept. 24. She was 95 and was living in Pennswood Village, Newtown, but had lived for years in Haverford.
VINE Memorial Baptist Church had a program in which adult members were to round up young people from the West Philadelphia community and bring them to church.
