TV's All-Time Funniest (8-10 p.m., 6ABC) - Lucy or Mrs. C? Heathcliff or Homer? Kimmy Gibler or Cosmo Kramer? This new special may generate some friendly arguments around the water cooler. The Nielsen folks asked a sampling of viewers who they thought were the funniest TV dads, moms, kids, relatives, neighbors, friends, bosses and coworkers. The results are revealed here with clips and commentary from such stars as Marion Ross, Mary Tyler Moore, and Brad Garrett.

Moonlight (9-10 p.m., CBS3) - A blast from the past gives Beth (Sophia Myles) another glimpse into the secrets of Mick's (Alex O'Loughlin) history in this new episode. It comes in the form of a kidnapping; the quarry is the grandson of a man whom Mick was friends with 60 years ago. Jason Dohring and Shannyn Sossamon also star.
