What he has done. With his quickness, soft hands, leaping ability, and route-running skills, Fuller is a handful for opponents. In 12 games last season, he caught 45 passes for 736 yards and 10 touchdowns. In a nonleague matchup against Chestnut Hill Academy, he totaled 275 yards and two scores on 10 receptions to help ignite a 32-7 triumph. After committing to Penn State in June, Fuller, who doubles as cornerback, switched gears earlier this month and picked Notre Dame. Scholarship offers also came from Boston College and Rutgers.
