You Talking to Me? Talkin' about Phils and Mets

James. T

Subject: Phils-Mets

Fudging not fidging.

I guess I'd say Phils are 60-40 to repeat. Maybe more because the rest of the division is unimpressive.

I still think Phils are better, but I'm not running to Vegas with that opinion.

I will take the Phils' lineup, when healthy, over any in the division, but the team that pitches best will win. The Phillies' pitching has done little to inspire confidence. That said, I think they'll add an arm this month, go on one of their typical second-half rolls, and win the division. Of course, it would help if Jimmy returned from the witness protection program.

You can't get this insight just anywhere, by the way.

The team that pitches best will win. There's a new one.

They need to take it one game at a time. Baseball season is a grind. You can't get too high or too low. And remember: There's no "I" in "team."
