LOUIS - Todd Wellemeyer rebounded from his shortest start of the season with his longest to lead St. Louis over San Francisco.Wellemeyer had lasted just 21/3 innings in his previous start, giving up three earned runs to Minnesota. Ryan Franklin worked a perfect ninth against the Giants for his 19th save in 20 chances.
