Hawkins, 45, was acquitted of being part of the conspiracy, and was convicted of perjury and one charge of aiding and abetting fraud.

Stephen M. Umbrell

Commerce Bank, vice president

Umbrell, 45, was found guilty of aiding and abetting honest-services fraud by using insider information provided by Kemp to help the bank win city business. The jury did not reach a verdict on three charges involving loans given to Kemp.

Glenn K. Holck

President, Commerce Pennsylvania unit

Holck, 44, was found guilty of aiding and abetting honest-services fraud by using insider information provided by Kemp to help the bank win city business. The jury did not reach a verdict on three charges involving loans given to Kemp.

Janice R. Knight

Knight, 41, White's girlfriend, was found guilty of lying to the FBI. The jury could not reach a verdict on whether she had participated in the conspiracy.
Sentence: 5 1/2 months in prison.

A Commonwealth Court judge excused former State Sen. Vincent J. Fumo from a civil suit against Citizens' Alliance for Better Neighborhoods because he was not an officer or director of the South Philadelphia nonprofit that he once said under oath was "my baby."
