Letters: Why publish just one victim's photograph?
I am fascinated by the blatant bias in reporting on Rian Thal's and Timothy Gilmore's robbery and death ("5th suspect arrested, charged with robbery, in Piazza case," Wednesday). Two people were murdered, but only one photo is shown - that of the attractive blonde.
Why isn't Timothy Gilmore's photo equally displayed? This was also the case in previous articles about them in The Inquirer. The disparity is so apparent, I had to give a holler to point out the obvious and ask whether there could be any legitimate reason - beyond the fact that her photo sells more newspapers.
