Topping Off the Comcast Center

Workers, executives and city officials were among those who turned out for the traditional topping-off ceremony for the new Comcast Center in Center City. On the beam - which was hoisted 975 feet to the top of the building - were a traditional evergeen sprig, an American flag, and something to excite Philly sports fans.
