Roberta Bellamy talks about son

Roberta Bellamy says her son, Kareem, and other children in his autistic support class at Penn Alexander School in West Philadelphia were placed at risk by a classmate who hit them and bit the teacher. It took a year before the school district agreed to move the disruptive child from the class.
