Cyclotron arrives at Penn

A caravan of police and construction workers transported an oversized load, half of a cyclotron, in the early hours for installation at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.
The cyclotron will be the centerpiece of, according to Penn, the largest proton-beam therapy center in the world.
