A Torch of Toys

Artist Leo Sewell discusses the construction of his full-scale replica of the arm of the Statue of Liberty. The sculpture will be displayed at the Please Touch Museum when it moves into its new home at the renovated Memorial Hall in Fairmount Park in 2008. The second speaker is museum representative Frank Luzi, who explains how to contribute toys for use in the artwork.
