John Travolta

, 56, and

Kelly Preston

, 48, are giving thanks this Thanksgiving for the ultimate gift - life. Kelly on Tuesday was delivered of a son in a Florida hospital.

Benjamin

weighed in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces.

"John, Kelly, and their daughter Ella Bleu are ecstatic and very happy about the newest member of the family," says a statement from the couple, who wed in '91. "Both mother and baby are healthy and doing beautifully."

Jon and Kelly's first-born, Jett, died Jan. 2, 2009, at the age of 16 of a seizure during a family holiday in the Bahamas.

'Munsters' star back in rehab

Butch Patrick

, 57, who played Eddie Munster in beloved sitcom

The Munsters

, has checked in to his second rehab in a month.

The actor's rep, Jodi Ritzen, tells RadarOnline that Patrick, who has battled a 40-year addiction to alcohol, cocaine, and pot, checked out of a New Jersey rehab last week only to go on a binge, "causing him to nearly overdose last Thursday."

Ritzen says Patrick's "near-death experience" prompted his friends to stage an intervention, and on Friday the actor entered a facility in Orange County, Calif.

Earlier this month Patrick broke up with his fiancée, former Eagles cheerleader and West Chester resident Donna McCall.

No turkey for Jess 'n' Eric

All-American buff couple

Jessica Simpson

and

Eric Johnson

won't be cutting into succulent avian flesh on Thursday.

Eric, you see, is vegan.

"After getting out of the NFL, [Eric] went to this healer and is very healthy," Jess, 30, tells Jimmy Fallon of her fiancé.

"For Thanksgiving we have to make a Tofurkey! It doesn't sound right! It's gonna be jiggly and weird." Jiggly?!

It's quite a departure for Jess, who is making the media rounds to promote her latest opus, The Christmas Album.

"I'm from Texas - I'd fry a steak," she says. "We eat all casseroles and giblets!"

The week's musical winners

The

Beatles

' much-ballyhooed debut on iTunes has lived up to the hype: The band, which finally allowed iTunes to carry its music, sold 450,000 albums and 2 mil tunes worldwide in its first week on the digital service, Apple Inc. says. The band's final album,

Abbey Road

, topped album sales, while

George Harrison

's "Here Comes the Sun" was the best-selling song.

Meanwhile, Susan Boyle's The Gift is No. 1 on the Billboard album charts for the second week, selling 335,000 units, according to Nielsen SoundScan. O Holy Night from 10-year-old Brit TV phenom Jackie Evancho is at No. 2 with 239,000. Rihanna's Loud is third with 207,000.

He's a wild 'n' wacky guy!

His 11-year marriage to

Courteney Cox

may be disintegrating, but

David Arquette

is as wacky and fun-lovin' as ever.

But don't be shocked. He can't help it.

"I've always been a wild man," the 39-year-old man-child tells George Lopez. "My nickname was 'David Good Times.' "

Gossipers, David says, don't get him: "[They] vilify me, make me a demon."

They don't understand that his is a gospel of love: "Why don't we all start focusing on being cooler . . . like loving, caring people. I'm just sick of cutthroat society and everybody being jerks."

Cox, 46, denies rumors she's filing for divorce, saying the couple are on a break.

Another Twitter affair fails

"We're still very close friends." You know there's trouble when you hear

that

line. That'd be

Emmy Rossum

, 24, who tells USA Today that she and

Counting Crows

singer

Adam Duritz

, 46, have split up. They first hooked up in fall '09 - via Twitter.
