Doctor Who (8:30-10 p.m., S-F) - That's not an iceberg; that's home! In the season premiere, "Voyage of the Damned," an interstellar cruise ship called the Titanic - and yes, it looks like the original - has breached the TARDIS. The Doctor (David Tennant) boards the ship, befriends a waitress (Kylie Minogue), and finds himself rescuing the Titanic from a collision with Earth, and its passengers from a race of angelic-looking but murderous androids.
Canterbury's Law (9-10 p.m., Fox29) - The court of public opinion can be a scary place, especially when there's a ratings-hungry radio host in there. Elizabeth (Julianna Margulies) wants to cut a deal for an admitted rapist so she won't have to defend him in court. But a talk-show host is pushing the victim to insist on a trial for his own selfish purposes. Chester (Keith Robinson) goes after a slumlord after a rat in one of his buildings hurts a child in the season finale, "Sick as Your Secrets."
