Freak out?

Perhaps the Eagles'

Jevon Kearse

sees the writing on the wall.

The defensive end, subject of rumors since he lost his starting job in November, has put his Moorestown house on the market, with an asking of $3.1 million.

The listing for the five-bedroom touts its two master suites, fireplaces, "gentleman's parlour" and fish pond. The 30-by-60-foot pool is wide, befitting the wingspan of the player known as The Freak.

Records show that Kearse, 31, a native Floridian, paid about $1.8 million for the house in 2004. He also owns a $4 million condo outside Miami and a $6 million spread up I-95 in Pompano Beach, Fla. His sports agent,

Drew Rosenhaus

, did not return a call. Neither did his real-estate agent,

Melissa Young

, who's also marketing the nearby crib of former Eagle

Terrell Owens

, on the market for $3.4 million.

Ho-ho-whoa

Christmas music again was very good for B101. Arbitron says that the soft-rock station, which played seasonal sounds from Nov. 11 to Dec. 25, drew a weekly audience of 2,318,200 - meaning that more than half the population ages 12 and over in the area (estimated by Arbitron at 4,360,200) tuned into B101 for at least 15 minutes a week. The No. 2 overall station, with about half the audience, was all-news KYW (1060).

For the first time under Arbitron's new electronic measuring system, B101 cracked the one million mark for weekly audience in its target 25-to-54 age demographic. Figures released Monday covered Nov. 15 to Dec. 12, so it's likely that B101 will enjoy a similar bump next month.

The Alycia Lane watch

It's no big deal to drop into the office over vacation to pick up something you need from your desk.

Alycia Lane

did that New Year's Eve, surprising a few CBS3 colleagues. Lane's been on vacation since Dec. 17, the day after her arrest in New York on charges of assaulting an undercover police officer. Her hearing date is April 3, and her due date back is Monday.

Station execs are expected to decide today or tomorrow if she will be suspended, go on leave or come back. Also being considered: whom to pair with alpha male

Larry Mendte

on the 6 and 11 p.m. shows, if Lane doesn't return soon. It's likely that Mendte (now also blogging on politics at

) will continue to solo for the short term. But with February "sweeps" on the way, a female face will be needed. Among the strongest candidates: Bucks County native

Susan Barnett

, who lost her morning anchor's job recently to

Liz Keptner

but did a bang-up job on the desk over the holiday weekend.

Also on the Lane front: Her beau,

Chris Booker

, returned to his morning shift on Q102 yesterday after scheduled vacation. He did not describe the events of that night, letting on only that everything would work out in the courts.

The circuit

Donovan McNabb

, out with his family at the Water Works Restaurant and Lounge after Sunday's season finale, indulged in the restaurant's rich dolce de leche ice cream - a no-no during the season, he told staff. Teammate

Takeo Spikes

and his family dined nearby.

Eagles Pro Bowler

marked his 26th birthday Friday at Benny the Bum's in South Philly. Among guests:

Jevon Kearse

The Borgata crackled with sightings over the hols.

Fergie

(sporting her engagement ring but sans fiance

Sky Nellor

put on her hit "London Bridges," she grabbed a microphone and got up on a banquette in the club's DJ booth to belt out lyrics.

Jennifer Lopez

and

Marc Anthony

marked New Year's Eve in Borgata's Residence Suite; they had dinner at Ombra and played blackjack for several hours.
