BOISE, Idaho - Jury selection is under way for Jeffrey Marsalis, charged with raping a woman at her Sun Valley condominium in 2005.

Marsalis, 35, is serving a 21-year prison term after being convicted in Philadelphia in 2007 of two counts of sexual assault. He was also acquitted on eight counts of rape.

During that trial, prosecutors claimed Marsalis lied to women he met on an online dating service, telling victims he was a doctor, astronaut and spy.

In Idaho, he is accused of using drugs or alcohol to incapacitate then sexually assault a woman who was 21 at the time. The trial was moved from the posh resort town of Ketchum to Boise this year due to significant media coverage. Marsalis was extradited to Idaho last fall. Lawyers yesterday began questioning 150 potential jurors. - AP
