Legislator's aide killed in apparent murder-suicide

READING - A state lawmaker's chief of staff was shot and killed, along with her estranged husband, in an apparent murder-suicide outside a mall, police said yesterday.

Sonia N. Medina, 47, and Salvador Medina, 37, both of Reading, were found dead around 11:30 p.m. Thursday in his vehicle at Fairgrounds Square Mall, said Erik Grunzig, acting chief of the Muhlenberg Township Police Department. - AP
