Your Poem

The Ginger Jar

I stare at the ginger jar

Strange feelings going through my head

Wondering why the Hus would give such a gift

So beautiful in it's own way

Memories running through my head

Fast as they go

Like I found a key

To let a vault just open

Keeping precious things inside

Like everything is frozen

And I am having a flash

A flash of things that I thought

I have never paid attention to before

It is like my whole life has started again.

Haiku

Winter

Surrounded by frost

The white blanket fills the ground

The icy air blows

Spring

Flowers start to grow

The ground is like a rainbow

The plants fill the world

Summer

The sun starts to shine

Bringing light down a new path

A wonderful sight

Fall

Leaves fall like skydivers

A breeze rushes them away

The trees lose color
