Pa. College of Optometry now Salus University

Pennsylvania College of Optometry yesterday announced that it is becoming a university and changing its name.

Its new name will be Salus University. Salus is the Latin word for "health and well-being." The school will continue to offer optometric programs and degrees, a full audiology program, and a physician-assistant program.
