Burlington City. $90,000. New master plan to encourage development near the RiverLine station.
North Hanover Township. $48,000. Study to combat low-density development, encourage reinvestment along Sykesville Road, and prepare for the Fort Dix-McGuire-Lakehurst "megabase."
Pemberton Township. $48,000. Downtown redevelopment.
Riverside Township. $68,600. Redevelopment plan for central business district.
Riverton Borough. $44,800. Downtown revitalization.
Wrightstown Borough. $48,000. Fort Dix economic development study.
CAMDEN COUNTY
Barrington. $56,000. White Horse Pike economic development.
Camden City. $40,000. Update zoning, land-use ordinance to encourage citywide redevelopment.
Camden County. $120,000. Black Horse Pike economic development in Audubon, Audubon Park, Bellmawr, Brooklawn, Haddon Heights, Haddon Township, Mount Ephraim, Runnemede.
Cherry Hill. $48,000 for study of how to improve the area surrounding former Garden State Park racetrack site.Haddonfield. $40,000. New zoning to accommodate affordable housing and redevelopment around the train station.
Merchantville. $32,000. Study to improve parking opportunities in core business area.

Glassboro Borough. $70,000. Study of shuttle bus service to link Rowan University to commercial corridors.
