Dentist in child-porn case is held on $750,000 bail
A dentist from Langhorne was held on child-pornography charges in the Bucks County prison yesterday after failing to post $750,000 bail.
Michael Kushner, 51, whose practice is in Northeast Philadelphia, was accused of viewing and downloading photos of girls engaged in sexual acts. He was arrested Wednesday at his home after an investigation by Bensalem and Middletown Township police.
Kushner faces 50 counts of possessing child pornography, eight counts of disseminating child pornography, and a charge of criminally using a communication facility, all felonies. - Larry King
