Hearing postponed on charter-school dispute

Commonwealth Court on Wednesday postponed a hearing related to a Philadelphia charter school's enrollment and funding dispute with the school district and the state Department of Education. The court rescheduled the hearing on the Walter D. Palmer Leadership Learning Partners Charter School for Oct. 14. The state Department of Education had asked for the delay. - Martha Woodall
