Jan. 7, 2008. It has been a busy week on the restaurant front, most notably with the sudden closure of Brasserie Perrier. Another bit of interest was the announcement yesterday that former Maia (and Striped Bass; Ritz) chef, Terence Feury, is going to be starting in February as the new chef at Fork.
